1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MY SAMPARK platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by Saurabh Infosys. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. You can purchase credits through the Platform to access various features. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits will not be refunded.

5. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical errors originating from our system. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Platform. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saurabh Infosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
